This master shower in Winter Park had numerous problems; none were able to trump us! We removed the caulk from the perimeters and sanitized them. The extreme hard water buildup on the floor had to be taken out with precision carbide tools. Any soap scum build-up and minor mineral deposits were removed by hand with a polishing compound after a gross cleaning. Recaulking and crack repair was done after completely drying the enclosure with dehumidifiers.
In this Longwood shower, the grout lines were supporting some mold from organic residues found in the soaps and conditioners they were using.
